Submission format

Hey, the video said that there would be a submission form on the homepage but I don't see one.
I also took a look at the sample submission and have the following questions.
Are we supposed to submit a Devpost project or a document listing all the use cases and steps involved for the AI application?
If we are supposed to submit a Devpost project, should I just put the AI used in the method in the "Built with" part of the project?
Can I submit a video of me demonstrating the use case? In this case, do I also need to write a document providing all the steps?
Can I create a website summarizing multiple use cases?
Also, can I submit multiple Devpost projects?

Can you please share the discord link, the one in the video is not working.
